Quality of life is becoming more and more important to people throughout our country and, more specifically, for the over 50,000 residents who call Euless home. One of the most important aspects of quality of life is the availability of high quality parks and recreational opportunities. The benefits of parks and recreation influence every aspect of our lives. These benefits allow our citizens to experience new activities, live healthier lifestyles, socialize and interact with others and, most importantly, to strengthen our sense of pride in our FabEuless community. The Euless Parks and Community Services Department is recognized for our award-winning special events, dedication to the beauty of trees and preserved open spaces and natural resources, as well as providing a variety of indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities for all.

Euless has been a proud member of the National Arbor Day Foundation and one of only seven cities in the state of Texas with the distinction of being recognized as a 25 year Tree City USA member. The City has also received the Growth Award from the National Arbor Day Foundation for over 20 years, an award which recognizes excellence in the field of tree planting, preservation and continued commitment to beautify our community through the many programs we proudly promote.
